3. Love your body in any way you can because its always going to be fighting for you.
4. Put your hand on your heart, it is still beating for you.
5. Make a list of all the things that make you truly happy and spend your time on them. It won’t be the complete cure, but for a while it will make you feel better.
6. Write it all out everything, talk to someone; just let it all out, it’ll feel good, trust me.
7. Cry, scream, yell, grab ice, write on yourself then take a shower and wash it all away.
8. Try not to hurt yourself.
9. Take some time for yourself, but not too long, try not to focus on the negatives much
